Privacy

What we collect

• Email addresses for newsletter subscribers (only if you sign up).
• Server access logs with IP, timestamp, URL, user-agent — retained for 30 days, used only for security monitoring.
• Ask-this-document questions and AI answers, with a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP for abuse prevention. We do not link these to your email.

What we don't do

• No third-party advertising trackers (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).
• No selling, sharing, or transferring email addresses. Ever.
• No persistent cookies for non-logged-in visitors.
• No fingerprinting.

AI processing

Documents are sent to OpenAI for OCR and summarization. Per OpenAI's API terms, these requests are not used for model training. Your Ask-this-document questions are also sent to OpenAI under the same terms.

Newsletter

We send you an email when we ship something significant or a new tranche drops. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email. Unsubscribed addresses are retained only as suppression entries.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your subscriber record or any logged questions. Email us and we will respond within 7 days.
