UAP File Watch (“the Service”) is provided “as is.” We index public-domain U.S. government records but make no warranty about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. AI-generated summaries are produced by large language models and may contain errors.

2. Public-domain content

Documents and videos hosted here are works of the U.S. federal government and are in the public domain under 17 U.S.C. § 105. You may copy, redistribute, modify, and use them without restriction. Attribution to the original source agency (FBI, NASA, etc.) and to UAP File Watch is appreciated but not required.

3. Editorial content

Editorial commentary, AI-generated summaries, our search interface, and our codebase are © UAP File Watch. You may quote summaries with attribution; please do not scrape the site at scale (use the JSON API or RSS feed).

4. No advice
