2. Public-domain content

Documents and videos hosted here are works of the U.S. federal government and are in the public domain under 17 U.S.C. § 105. You may copy, redistribute, modify, and use them without restriction. Attribution to the original source agency (FBI, NASA, etc.) and to UAP Disclosure Hub is appreciated but not required.

3. Editorial content

Editorial commentary, AI-generated summaries, our search interface, and our codebase are © UAP Disclosure Hub. You may quote summaries with attribution; please do not scrape the site at scale (use the JSON API or RSS feed).

4. No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, scientific, medical, or investment advice. We do not endorse any interpretation of UAP records as evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence, government conspiracy, or any other claim beyond what the documents literally state.

5. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping faster than 1 request/second from a single IP.
• No use of the Ask-this-document AI for harassment, illegal acts, or to generate disinformation.
• No misrepresenting AI-generated summaries as official government statements.

We may suspend access for users who violate these terms. The site itself may be modified or shut down without notice.
